Phases 1 and 2 are complete and fully let (181,000 sq ft) plus David Lloyd health club.
Phase 3 to commence shortly to provide 110,000 sq ft across five buildings for further innovative companies keen to join the community at Catalyst.

A sustainable environment

Phase 3 Catalyst will commence shortly to provide a further 110,000 sq ft in five technology buildings for occupation in early 2026.
Phase 4 provides three buildings from 33,630 – 49,235 sq ft, with potential for a single building of 128,500 sq ft.
