Phase 3
Buildings 9 - 13, from 16,554 sq ft to 41,955 sq ft
Phase 3 Catalyst is underway and will provide a further 110,000 sq ft in five technology buildings for occupation in early 2026.
Phase 4 provides three buildings from 33,630 – 49,235 sq ft, with potential for a single building of 128,500 sq ft.
